i have a question about energy on items

is 18 energy the max an item can have with no negative consequences like the energy degen on a +15 energy item

the most energy i know of that u can get is 18 with the quest reward staff from fires in the east

is ther anything better just wonderin

That +18 is still conditional, though, it being while health is above a certain percent. Plus it's two-handed.

yes i know its conditional and 2handed, but it is still the highest i believe.

there is no other combination of a wand,rod,etc with an offhand that will give u higher energy without energy degen
