Question about order of ranger spirits

My question is,

You have 2 spirits. Energizing wind, and quickening zephyr. Does it matter in what order you use it? For example, you have a meteor shower to cast - 25 energy. So if

Enerzing wind ---> quickening zephyr - then the total cost would be 13 energy. Cuz , Firstly set to 10 , then more energy by 30%.

But if,

Qz ---> Ew - then the total cost of that spell would be 17,5 energy , because Firstly we add 7,5 + energy from qz(thats 30% of 25) , and then we remove 15 energy.


I'd just like to ask, am i right?

The order matters. You could of tried this out in game without making a thread about it.

Its much faster, and i didnt have the skills and i currently were unable to buy them , so....

you want to fire ew before qz that way qz is cheaper........and the reason why is that its the way its been done since.....well... forever
