Don't merch the Runic Axe or Ornate shield!

I don't know their exact price but I'm think 50-80k for Runic Axe.

With the Axe should i add +health or sundering mods and will that get me more money or be a waste of time and money. I have noticed some people modding weapons to sell 100k+xxecto.
