I've read a few builds that mention using a collectors bow with -2 recieved dmg, tho each thread fails to mention where this bow can be found . can anyone tell me where i can find it pls.... Thanks in advance......

The quest "Blankets for the Settlers" can be found from an NPC outside Lion's Arch at the Ascalon Settlment.
