Just so you're not confused as to why:
The sword is one point off max dmg, which is a real shame. Even though the dmg dealt is hardly lessoned at all, there is no market for non-max weapons.
I wouldn't salvage this, it's still very functional and would be great for a warrior friend with little money to afford a perfect version. The mods you *may* salvage are hardly worth the time. Ulness of course you're truely desperate for cash.
The staffs really need to have cast/recharge mods intact, and keep good relations with the req skill. (Example: A req 8 fire wand with spell recharge of water magic is no good)
Salvage the staff for the +5 energy (currently 2-3k)
