WTB Zodiac Shield (req 8-10 +30hp always with - dmg mod, (can be chance or ench only)

Ok guys im looking for a nice Zodiac Shield with req 8-10 tactics. .thats tactics now. ..and with 30hp always and a - recieved damage mod preferable -2 to -5 on chance or -2ench.
Im paying well for this.
