PC on zodiac sword

Hi, I'm looking for a PC on this:

Vampiric zodiac sword of swordsmanship
slashing dmg: 15-22 ( req 13)
dmg +15% (while enchanted)
life stealing: 3
health regeneration -1
swordsmanship +1 (19% chance while using skills)

if there's no dmg bonus, salvage.
