PC on Platinum Longbow req8 +15-5 & Plagueborn Scepter 10/10 req8 Water

Hello, i need some help to get a price for these items. Here they are :

Platinum Longbow
Piercing Dmg: 15-28
Requires 8 Marksmanship
Damage +15%
Energy -5

No other good mod (life stealing 4 health regen -1 and armor +5)


Plagueborn Scepter
Cold Dmg: 11-22
Requires 8 Water Magic
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 10%)
Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 10%)


Hum, i'm pretty sure that the Scepter hasn't any good value because Plagueborn isn't that nice and well, Water magic ...
But i'm not that good with price so, thanks in advance to those who can help me
