I've searched and got that server overload thingy blahblah...

Why aren't staves/foci/wands customised so that they give +10% recharge/casting on all skills or something?
Why aren't shields customised so that they give +5AL or similar?

They definitely need to add more mods and customization options.

I would LOVE to customize shields.

Absorption Shield Grip (-2 while in stance)
Shield Strap of Fortitude (+30)
+5 AL if customized.

because Anet hates casters...enough said. yeah, the +dmg for attacks is so stupid for casters
