I got this from a chest and I believe it has some decent value but I'm just not sure what that is:

Sundering Kris Daggers of Dagger Master
Piercing Dmg: 7-17 (Requires 8 Dagger Mastery)
Damage: +14% (vs. hexed foes)
Armor Penetration +20% (Chance: 20%)
Dagger Mastery +1 (20% chance while using skills)
Both hands

Can anyone lend a trading/selling noob a hand?
