I'd be interested too to know about that Aegis, I have just a similiar one only with req10 tactics and I want to get rid of it.

I'd probably sell the Aegis for around 1k somewhere. 12 tactics is kinda high. maybe for a runner or something.
The staff, +24 hp is worthless, 1/2 casting time 9% isn't max so thats prolly not worth too much either...enchant +19% also isnt a max mod, but it still has a little appeal for someone that maybe cant afford the 20% mod. I say salvage it and hope for the best.
