I sold one Celestial shield indentical to yours not long ago for 5k (direct ingame not on forum), couldnt sell another one even at 3k (due to -5 (19%)). There are currently 4 auctions, possibly more, for Celestial shields s/b 2k b/o 5k and 10k to yours.
