PC PLZ Barbed Shield req8 Tatics Armor +10 piercing +28 Health Always

Dont usally sell shield but figured this one is not to shabby so wondering if someone could give me a PC and maybe a ruff idea about determining Shield Prices...... Thx

edit: sorry iam at work but the shield may be Req8 Str not too sure (would there be a difference in price between req8 Str and Req 8 Tactics??)
