I'd say you got a good deal. Due to the prefect mods the price should range close to the high end of the baseline guide, so 300k or so. I'd say possibly even higher depending on your buyer.

The sticky is assuming no mods or decent mods, at least that is how I read it. So perfect mods will sell for slightly more.
