Buying Factions skins Elementalist staves. Mods, req, and color do not matter but it must be max damage and have Energy +10. The skins I want are not the ones in the PvP creation menu, nor the old Prophecies skins (i.e., zappy-head Air Staff).
I'm also looking for an "Orrish" Earth Staff (which appear to have stopped dropping, ugh) that satisfies these conditions, unless there's a new Factions Earth Staff skin that I haven't come across yet.
