I ant telling where its at because ANET seriously nerf it lol.
you get 5,000+ XP, 15+ high-end loot (75% items have max mods ex. truncheon req 8 max dmg, 10% 1/2 casting time all spells, if they drop, 70% of loot is white). Takes 4 - 7 mins to run through the course, ANY CLASS CAN RUN IT, just must have 250+ MAX health, so ya a lvl 13 can run it.

Is that a good farm area, or does it suck?

I think its good, because 5000+ XP and always 15+ items droping each worth 50g, sometimes 100+ gold drops, which I perfer each time lol. Really good for hammers, got a war hammer req 8 15%^50%, and nice twin hammer req 11 16%<50%.

I appreciate your thoughts on this, cuz I wanna know if I should keep farming this area.

If you look closely you will see it is 16 < 50%

Which means 16% damage while health is less than 50% (max. being 20%)

emm didnt you notice <50%? i think that means under 50%. anyways if you make enough money that pleases YOU fine .. but asking us if its a good farm spot when we dont know what it is... well its plain silly lol. hmmm sooo oyu get 15 items.... you got lucky once and all drops where req8-10 ... you kill large number of mobs in 4-7 mins. well keep farming it. get rich and ... brag more lol

Well, I rely most on chests for good drops lol, since I do this run for enough money to buy key for chest + additional money. With 5K+ XP its good I think.
See I would tell you guys what place and mobs, but it would definately get nerfed, because these mobs, they need some serious adjustments, they dont know there doing no damage on me, and its funny how I'm tanking 8 of em, and theres always 1 dude walking causualy away, like nothing happened. Then after I kill 2 of his buddies (they come in 3) then he gets pissed and starts doing no damage to me. So you think this is a good area, or I should move on to some better area?

I'm talking about the benefits I mean. 5000+ XP + 800+gold + (if you sell everything you get to merchant) + chest loot (sometimes 2 chests) in 4 - 7 mins. Kind of farm I'm wondering if its great by meaning allrounder you get xp and good gold, if your going to ask what type of farm. I cant play 55 monk like everyone else who solos UW, thought 55 monk be a piece of cake, but its hardcore. so I rely on this farm area lol. I'm for real about this farm area, I wanna know if its good.

No, it isn't. A good farming place gives you 100 Gold items in under 10 minutes with monsters dropping, on average, 250g.

I'm not quite sure what to make of this guy's posts anymore after reading couple others... but that farm spot run stats would seem to be quite normal for lvl 20 farmers.
And you don't need a 55 monk to solo UW.

This is just a pointless thread, about someone who thinks they've found a decent farming spot, could a mod do him a favour and just remove his post, as its the most pointless thread ever.

LOL all im asking if its a good farm spot, I told you the stats on what comes from it, and no I dont want ANET to nerf it thats why I didnt say what mob and where. and btw those griffons got nerfed. I never farmed griffons anyways. So by looking at the stats 5000+XP & 800+ gold (IF YOU SELL EVERYTHING TO MERCHANT) & 1 or 2 chests to help get you title or good item & ANY BUILD and ANY LVL can do this.

IS this a good farm spot or bad one?

imo you have no idea how anet works out things. this "nerf"ing you speak of. just because it isnt passed around via word-of-mouth doesn't mean ANet doesn't already know about it. after reading and listening to anet workers talk about their decision processes, I've come to a good understanding about how things like this work. Since passing information around freely doesn't affect anything in the process of "nerfing", I feel it's important to share information.

Of course, you may keep your 16% hammer location a secret as I'm not intrested in it (as are most other people in this thread).

Now, onto business.
