Factions equivalent to Prophecies Ember Light Skills?

Is there in Factions a city that has all the skills like Ember Light in Prophecies?

I'm told that that city is Harvest Temple, but I'm not currently able to check that myself (no Luxon faction and that's the only group I've gotten to there with =\ )

If I'm correct, all cities/outposts starting from Kaineng City and further will have all the non-elite Factions and core skills.

Not true, Phoenix Arrows, not for a Tyrian and ESPECIALLY not true for a Canthan.

Tyrian characters have a set of "common" skills available, while Canthans get more skills available as they progress through the game.

Every non-elite skill is first avialable in Harvest Temple.

The Skill Trainer in Senji's Corner has MOST of them, but is missing atleast ~5 skills or so in each class.

I can not seem to find phoenix arrows anyplace for any profession I have (elite or non-elite) - do you have a skill description and where to get it? I can not find it at any skill trainer nor priest of balthazar - either I'm just blind or that would make it one well hidden skill!

Plus why would a skill new in Factions be ESPECIALLY not findable for a Canthan? It is totally unavailable to a tyrian only character - so it would be ESPECIALLY true for them, not Canthans. I am assuming you just made a simple mistake - either it is a mispelled Tyrian skill or you meant to swap the two games.

Nor can I find any skill available and Senji's Corner not in Kaineng (either in game, skill listings at any fan site, nor on GuildWiki). there must not be many, are there any good one for a fire ele or curse necro?

Of course, you could just simply be wrong or not telling the truth. But I will assume that you know something that it seems most to not.

Phoenix Arrows is a user here at GWG. Who posted just before VGJustice. So it was a reply to that particular user, not a mention of skill named 'Phoenix Arrows'

OMG, I read the post in exactly the same way! Phoenix Arrows - I must have that skill no matter what it does - it's just such a great name!

It just goes to show that sometime you read what you expect to read. Phoenix Arrows sounds like the name of a Ranger skill, it's in a post about where to find skills, therefore it must be a skill.. do'h!

Ah, OK.

However, I still have not heard what skills are not available at Kaineng. I can not find any at guildwiki or in game.

Which, of course, means either they are all available or I may be missing a useful skill.
