The "Item Mod" Suggestion Thread

I didn't find a thread like this in search, so I thought I'd throw it out there. I'm going to make a suggestion or two, but for the most part I'm posting this as an opportunity for others to brainstorm.

What kind of new item mods do you want to see in the future for customizing your weapon? Please keep balance in mind, though obviously some people are going to suggest something that, on second thought, wouldn't be balanced. ANet seems to be very conservative when it comes to the effectiveness of items, making mods close to marginal, so keep that in mind. Here is a list of what's already possible.

Here's an idea inspired by Carinae Dragonblood. When you "Customize" and item so that only you can have it, if the item is a staff or wand, instead of +20% dmg it gives +3 energy.

How about Increased Hex Duration (5% chance while using hex spells)?

How about Increased Arrow Movement Speed (10% chance while something)?

How about Increased Duration of Knockdown (10% chance while using knockdown skills)?

Here's another idea. How about a mod that has +10% damage while using conjure spells?

Good ideas, and I'm certain Arena.net will implement some of these in the next chapter (I was surprised to find out that the Poisoner's upgrade didn't have a chance to inflict poison, for example)

Otherwise they won't have much to entice old players in.
