Putting an auction there to buy stuff is a waste of space in my opinion, but what's the official stand on this?

WTB offers in Guild Wars Guru Auctions are not acceptable.
This is due to two reasons:
(1) The bidding would need to go from a high to a lower price.
(2) The offered transactions are looking to bypass the auction system process and cannot be completed in the auction system (i.e. won with a winning bid).
Accordingly, we remove such entries on sight.
