WTB Max 15^50 Hammer, nice skin

I don't care if it is blue, purple or gold or if the requirement is a little high, probably 12 max though. I want a non-boring skin so let me know which type it is. The important part is:

Damage 19-35
Damage +15% while health over 50%

I will apply my own mods to it. Let me know how much you want for it as well.

i have a req 10 shocking supreme bludgeoner, 15^50 and it has a health +29 mod..what would you offer for that?
