who is this gaile grey person???

She is the community relation / liason for Anet in the American servers.

She posts on forums (like this one) in response to questions and such. She also has chats in game usually after major updates to get player feedback and such.

Oooh, I'm curious now; are there other community liasons for the Euro, Korean, Japanese servers I wonder? I wonder if they appear ingame as rangers, or if they're also the subjects of at least ten worshipping/hating threads a week on other forums like this? Or is Gaile fluent in Korean, Japanese and several European languages also?

Silly question I know, but it got me thinking

I believe Alex Weekes is for the european servers. Asian servers....no clue. :/

Gaile Gray appears in the international districts so people from everywhere can see her. I'm still waiting for that wonderful day.

There is also a Gaile Grey. Dunno if that one is legal, though.

no, really, there is not nearly as large of a userbase there as in the americas and europe.

Uhm, I think you might be mistaken there. NCSoft, the publishers of Guildwars is a Korean based company, they probably have a Korean rep who appears on the Korean servers, along with reps on the other servers. We can't get to those servers however due to it being a slightly different client and they probably don't come here, seeing as this is an English site. It would not surprise me though that they have reps visiting the Asian guildwars sites.
