If someone in my guild was to recieve a permenant ban, would that person be deleted from my guild listing or would they just sit there at the bottom of the list, AFK for forever more?

Their name still appears in the Guild Roster from what other threads have said. (and this makes since, since no account is EVER "deleted" just blocked from logging in).

If that person was the Leader of a guild, I have HEARD (cant confirm) that after 3 months of not logging in they are replaced with the oldest officer. Sounds logical..but cant confirm it.

They are still going to be there in the list, we have a guildie who was banned and is still listed. I am assuming that this is due to the high volume of the bans and the fact that some people are in the process of dispute resolution, and some of them have since regained access to their accounts

And Yes if the GL does not log on for 3 months; the GL positiong defaults to the most senior officer (the one who has been in the guild the longest)

I cleared that up with Anet in a email as 3 people in our guild where banned (Error = 045)
