Basically I'm looking for water and air offhands and wands with these stats:

Offhands:
+15 Energy
-1 Energy Regen
Second Mod preferable

Wands:
+15 Energy
-1 Energy Regen
Second Mod Preferable

Second mods that peak my interest the most are +armor, +health, +def vs ????

Second mods are not necessary, so if you have the collectors, I'd be willing to buy those, I'm honestly too lazy to find them if they exist.
