i teached this build to lots of person, but 1 of those was rotten and today messeged me that besides he wasnt payng me he was also selling my build for 4 ECTOS, so as it was my idea, i will give it for free now:

It's not that hard to understand when/how to use those skills to kill Koosun.

So in other words, use an elementalist. Since I don't have one, I've duo'd the run with my necro and a guildie's ele just to make things go by faster. This includes Kai and his sword as well as Koosun. 3 staffs and 2 swords in about 20 runs.

Is the "warrior, ranger, and assasin" part supposed to be your primary or secondary profession? It would make absolutely no sense as your primary considering you are using mainly ele skills.

It's a build for those with a Primary Warrior, Ranger, or Assassin that don't feel like making an elementalist just to farm Koosun.

Wouldn't it be a whole lot more effective to use water magic instead of fire, I'm not flamming or anything be he is a fire boss so fire + water = nothing...

I've tried using the warrior build, but die almost right away. The boss uses obsidian flame and does around 250dmg to me. If someone can help me in game, i'll appreciate it.

I tried the build today, and was furiously furious at that I kept dying, so I moved on to easier things, like, I dunno, soloing The Last Pride, or finding a 15% no condition Sephis Axe.

Notice how it has a one second casting time. Obsidian flame was changed recently to have a 2 second cast, meaning that you can use it as soon as you see him start to use flame. For little energy, you just gained health to compensate for all the attack damage he's done to you, and he takes damage in addition to suffering exhaustion. If echoed, the recharge of this skill is cut down to 5 seconds, meaning you can also counter star burst.
Also...

-Armor of Mist-For X seconds, you move 33% faster and gain X armor.

I've tried attacking him through the wall with fire skills, but after awhile he manages to walk around the wall and comes to me. Still haven't killed him successfully yet.

The same idea carries over, and any class can solo him. Running skill, self heal and loads and loads of damage is necessary.

The path to him is in my thread if it's not entirely clear.

uhm can't kill kai with this build (i'm r/e), he outheals most of dmg i do. or it takes more than 10 minutes to solo him ? it's ok when meteor shower hits him when he uses heal sig, but he repeats the signet just after he stands up.

any specific tactics?

Just so you no, this morning's update changed elemental attunement from no attribute to energy storage, so it makes those "I don't want to make an ele, so I'll just change my secondary" ele builds a bit more difficult to run.

still this doesn't affect the build VERY much...
with 20% enchants mod, ele attu lasts 30+6 seconds, that's 9 seconds without ele attunement... like 2 immolate's less

but it lasts 30...55 (not sure the upper edge), which even with energy storage = 0 (like for R/E) makes it lasts 30 seconds +6 with 20% enchant

for me the attunement ends just after i recast fire storm and breath of fire, then there's a pause in which i usually recast immolate, but in 9 seconds "dead-time" without Elemental attunement you will loose max 3x immolate (you can still cast one from time to time to stop his hp regen a bit)

I've done exactly 27 runs so far with my assassin. Not had one single green. A guild mate had 4 when he finished 15 runs. Unlucky or what? :/
