I have a gold Diamond Aegis max armor 13 req and -5 dmg (19%)

I know the req is really high but dont most Wars have 13 strength cause of the new armor. Its really pretty is it worth anything?

Maybe expert salvage as I find shields usually salvage into steel ingots.
