PC on Pei's Blades

I have three of these low level green daggers. I've been looking everywhere for any price range for them and I have yet to find anything. Anyways heres the stats if you don't know em:

Pei's Blades (Green) (Daggers)
Piercing Dmg: 5-10 (req. 5 Dagger Mastery)
Damage +15% (vs. Hexed foes)
Lengthens Bleeding Duration on foes by 33%
Dagger Mastery + 1 (20% chance while using skills)
Both Hands

If anyone can get a Price check on these or possibly have an interest in buying them that would be awesome.
