I've been saving up for 15k kur armor for my ranger but i just saw it on guildwiki and it isnt that nice looking after all so i was wondering what armor looks the best on a male ranger...
Hmm....Are you factions only? In that case I would say 15k or 1.5k luxon. But why don't you just look at all the sets on Wiki? If you have prophecies too, I like 15k studded a lot.
What looks best is subjective. I can't tell you what looks best because to me what looks best probably doesn't look best to you.
As said above, check out all the armor pics on guildwiki for ranger, they are laid out nicely if you go to Armor, then Ranger and check out which you like best. If you want to see them in game, try going to a few towns and asking if anyone has that particular type on so that you can look at it. (Might ask them to step outside of town with you because the look different in town than out)
However, I must say that I wasted a LOT of money on the Kurzick 15K when Amber was 2.5K a chunk. The male 15K Kurzick is just wayyyyyyy to frilly for my liking! Avoid at all costs!
My personal fav other than FOW, is the 15K Prophecy Druids set, which actually looks like a ranger armour. My second fav is the Factions end game Canthan armour.
I like 1.5k Shing Jea. It looks cool and has a large dye area so when you dye it the armour actually changes color. I hated the 1.5k druids stick armour at droks and am really happy to be rid of it.
So yeah, like everyone else said. It's all subjective and look at them on wiki before you blow a bunch of cash.
your all out of your minds, =). The 15k Drakeskale from grotto is by far the coolest Ranger armor. i dyed mine white so it looks like it is made out of Bone, but i have also seen it dyed black and it looks awesome as well.
IMO it looks the best and not many people have it =)
No one has mentioned Fissure armor yet? Ranger Fissure is the best looking fissure armor there is across all the classes, and it's one of the better looking ranger sets too.
Edit: I don't like how the Krytan Mask looks. Just my opinion.
