Orozar quest is doable by joining an oro farming group. So no need to form up an 8 quest group.
Classic 5 man farm group consists of:
-Bonder
-Healer
-Tank
-SS Necro
-MM
B/P 5 man farm group (new to SF) consists:
-B/P Rangers X3
-MM
-Healer
So if your char is any of those classes you shouldn't have a problem finding a farming group to join.
The farming group will get Orozar to the main chamber safely and then will leave him be, avoid triggering quest. This is for two reasons. Firstly they want to farm other bosses, secondly you need to do a little preperation for Oro's sake before triggering quest. Once the farming group has killed the initial bosses (5 in total) and cleared a path for orozar, you will then be rdy to approach Orozar in the main chamber and trigger the quest, which will bring in 3 waves of enemies. I am sure this is what you immediately do when you attempt the mission with henchies by yourself. I am also certain that you get overwhelmed. Having a capable group will make this part alot easier. Once you complete this portion of the quest you will then have to do plan B. You will escort Orozar back to the exit in a round about way, killing 2 more bosses along the way. You will also have to pickup his brother along the way, who will be bound and gagged for betraying him. Once you get to the exit you will set down his brother and then talk to Orozar to collect your final reward.
Total boss count 10 (not including 1 in the dredge "forest")
Total exp: 4000 x 2 = 8000 xp
Expect Greens and Chests and Gold drops along the way.
If you are an SS:
AtB/Arcane Echo/Spiteful Spirit/Spinal Shivers/BR/Barbs/Parasitic Bond/Reckless Haste (if you have factions) else Rez sig.
Note: Bring Spinal Shivers. Bring Spinal Shivers. Bring SPINAL SHIVERS.
<sigh>
If you are MM:
Flesh Golem will be requested. (not necessary but most groups will require it)
Note: Don't Spam BoM. You can only have 10 minnions max. Let the ones with -10 degen die and make new ones.
If you are Bonder:
Life Bond/Life Barrier.
Note1: Throw Balzathar Spirit on yourself, and watch your energy soar during battles.
Note2: If you only put Life Bond on ppl, you are forcing your healer to work harder. The better you protect ppl the easier it is for everyone--that means Barrier and Bond. I usually have between 9-11 enchants going at all times. Having mantra of inscriptions helps.
If you are healer:
There will be tons of conditions/hexes. I won't share my build, but keep that in mind. Also E-management is a must. Pinging energy every 30's seconds gets old quick.
Note: If your secondary is Mes, bring IH and MoR or Edrain. Nuff said.
If you are a tank:
Make sure you can survive. You are a tank. Bring stances and self heals. Glad's defense.
Note1: The is no gear trick.
Note2: Your job is to aggro. Don't aggro, and then run back to your party. Simply aggro, assume stances, and your party won't allow you to die. Remember your death means their death.
Note3: Make certain not to overextend.
If you are a b/p:
Make certain you have barrage. Make certain you have a pet. Make certain to rez pet when it dies. Make certain to bring something like whirling defense.
Note1: Don't bring Healing Breeze over Troll. That's stupid on so many levels.
Note2: Remeber to do a spirit check before you start farming.
Note3: Never say "I have my own play style so I don't care what you guys say". Alright....then don't join a farm group that relies on particular builds and styles.
Note to party:
All of your jobs taken individually are quite simple, and become quite boring. But that is of course the beauty of the 5 man group. Best way to succeed is to have everyone do their roles.
There are also 3 man and 4 man versions. I'm certain there is most likely a 2 man version also but I have never participated in a 2 man group.
