Sorry for two threads on same page

Ascalon amour has the effect to "Reduce damage from physical attacks", does this only apply to that one peice, or does one piece reduce damage no matter where you are struck? Also, do differently priced pieces and ones with higher AL reduce more damage than the lower ones?

Recution is global rather than locational; one piece is all you need to get the job done.

Higher AL, as far as I know, does not affect the amount of damage absorbed. Of course, you'll want the max you can get though...
