+15% damage always
-5 energy
Lengthnes bleed duration by 33% (barbed hilt)
+29hp (almost perfect hp mod)

What would be a min-max for this?
Yes i know it's high req, but most people seem to max out dagger mastery anyways.

Bump again, im thinking of salvaging it for the +29hp or barbed hilt. Worth it?
