I did the Lost Treasure mission, but left and forgot to claim the reward. Now I can't speak to the quest giver in Ran Musu for it; it tells me to go to Minister Cho's Estate, but when I enter it, there is no arrow pointing to him. Is this a glitch? Where can I find him?

You might have to abandon the quest and go get it again. :P
