I'm looking to cap quivering blade on my sword war, But i can't find it's location. I checked the only location xennon.co.uk gave, but it wasn't there. Can any1 enlighten me as to where i may find the boss which carries this skill?

His location can also be found on the wiki.

Note that the boss doesn't show if you have the quest that makes the Am Fah in the Waijjun Bazaar your allies.

Did you check more than once? Those NPCs move around in that area of the Bazaar... and you might have gotten glitched.

It is the right location only the quest makes Am Fah friendly. (the boss is a Am Fah so he isnt there if you are friendly to them)
Only when they are aggressive to you he spawns. Hes walking around near a black pillar that rises out of the ground there.

you need to finish this quest from brother tosai(the one with that chalice).
abandon wont help, you need to complete it.
