PC on 4 max gold items 3 sword 1 bow

get photoshop cs2 and
cut out the part u want so img is not so big
select the stuff u want to be clear with the poly lasso, then right click select inverse selection
then go to Filter>Blur>Radical Blur and my settings were

Amount - 41
Zoom
Good

Then press okay and save as a 12 quality jpeg and upload

wow a 3 second tutorial i am still bored =P
