Ok please don't be rude with me like alot of little immature boys were on Gw. I was wanting to make a touch ranger , what is the secondary? I think I may have messed up I chose mesmer =/ Thank you if you reply to this =D

It's Necromancer so you can use the Vampiric Bite/Touch moves.

Look in the ranger forum for the build. The secondary is Necro because you are using necro touch skills for damage and healing. You will need to be ascended and have both 15 attribute quests completed to make a decent build. If you have less than 16 Expertise and 12 Blood you are really gimping yourself. Also you need to cap Offering of Blood (elite). This can be done relatively easily in Grenth's Footprint.

I just built a PvP only TR. Saved me the time and trouble of going through the game trying to level up and cap elites.
