Recently I have been intrigued on how many people from australia play in either the europe or american server. I myself (qld) play on the europe servers because of the better general "attitude"(lol like after trading, saying ty, also like the all the people speaking different languages lol) So if you wish to participate in this survey use this Template:

Reason: Dunno, when I first started playing my Americas Army clan choose the yanks so I stayed.
Plus the Americans that are playing when I'm online are the sleep deprived ones ie its like 3am + for them, so you know they are gonna be CRAZY.

Reason:That was the original default for Australian players and it's stuck. It is much quieter than the American server at this time but not too bad

Reason: Initially access to the FoW and UW and reduced lag. I have now joined an Aus/NZ guild which requires its players to be on America servers.

When I was there the European districts were much more polite, but much more empty than the american ones. I never saw a rude drawing on the minimap until I moved to the american districts.

Reason: Default. All my friends are there. I speak several European languages so *shrug* communication isn't an issue. Spent two weeks on the NA servers back when I first started playing and found a good proportion of the players there to be rude and badly behaved. Quit the guild I was with because of that and moved back to EU servers. Haven't been back since.

the reason i switched over was way back when the euro servers got hit with that huge spot of lag that made the game totally unplayable. i just never went back, because the guild i was in was primarily an american one, anyway

Victoria, and I'm on the Euro servers since that was the default. I changed for a while, but I couldn't stand it since the americans never had favor when I was on so I changed back. I then got into a great guild, so I wouldn't move anyway.

oo, interesting results.

it seems that most chose american servers because of the amount of players.

Personally I never play with people outside of our alliance, so the amount of people who play on EU or American doesnt mean diddly squat! lol.

Also, EU absoloutly dominates HA!.. so we have far more competant HA Players.. most people who play PvE use hench or guildies.

However I can understand if the latency was better, we do get alot of players complaining of lag.. personaly I think thats just because of shity computers.

The language reason.. hmm, whilst there are different languages, most speak english anyway.

Not australian myself but I know we have alot of Aussies in the guild, I'll see if I can get them to post

Well, tried euro server first but... pffft. Just not enough people since i play mostly during the day. And when i found out i could change.. d0h! I did. Although, i've noticed some differences like with prices... captured son letter selling round 3k on yank servers vs 300 to 500 on euro.. lol.
