Furious Chaos Axe of Fortitude

Slashing Dmg: 6-28 (req. 8 Axe Mastery)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Double adrenaline on hit (chance 10%)
Health +30

...if i change the double adrenaline on the chaos axe to 20/20 sundering will that increase the price at all?
