I have seen many referances of monks using +15 energy and -1energy regen on wands. While I have seen this on focii, I have never seen this on a rod. Can someone show em the collector/crafter, if there is one, that makes the perfect wand of this for monk (preferably DF).

You can get one crafted at "Maatu Keep" in Factions, I believe that it is 5K plus materials.

I think its in rod form in prophicies in....um cant recall the city right now but ill try. Its in the jungle. When you go inside there is a lake kinda thing with waterfall and the water gives you +1 hp regen. The skill guy is by the water. Right outside that town it takes like 5 magumma manes i think

You can craft wands and focus items throughout cantha now, or purchase them from other players who have them. yes, you do get an extreme energy boost, but remember, your energy pips of regen go from >>>> to >> and this, you will also notice over time.
