with a perfect sunder mod(the old version 10/10) i couldnt bring myself to put a 20/20 on since recently 10/10 got relpaced by 20/20 so..i would think 10/10 would make it rarer...more rare....w/e i hate spelling

and perfect +30 fort mod

I would've taken the 200k in a heartbeat.. I even think 150k is a little high..
