Today I did an IDS run with some1 weilding an outcast sheild. It was ot green but looked very cool. I coudlnt find it on wiki so if anyone knows what drops these/where it can be found on wiki/have one and are willing to sell plz let me know.

I will try to post a screen shot if I cna get one.

I got one as a chest drop in The Deep. However, I would guess you could get it anywhere on the Luxon side that you may find Outcasts.
