Gold Echovald Shield

I got an interesting shield the other day and was wondering if it was worth keeping and trying to sell or whether I should just merchant it. Please lend me your wisdom.=P

It is kind of a situational shield for ogre farmers and the like. What do you think? Vendor or keep for a player?
