generaly has to be over 22 dmg to be worth anytihng at all, and 26+ to be worth the effort of selling

im going to have to disagree on this one(no offense).
but this item is:
1)not max
2)blue
3)dmg mod is not max(max would give +15% dmg)

i would have to say just merch the thing, sorry.

yeah thats worth more than the first 3 stated IMO, it would be hard to find a buyer but thats perfect for some anti mez caster setup. i'd say 25-35k, taking apples offer wouldnt be too bad of a decision
