Found Glitch

not sure where to post this and i know reporting solves nothing but i was dueling my friend and he uses deadly riposte and riposte. the common idea for a man with illu wep is for him to use it and not take any dmg from those skills right? wel i was dueling him and i took dmg from him and lost. i was like wtf.

Illusionary Weaponry~you deal no melee damage in melee
Deadly Riposte and Riposte~you "block the next melee attack against you

now how does this work out?

IW doesn't stop the person casting it from taking damage. It only changes where the damage to the casters opponent comes from. And IW only deals damage on successful melee attacks. So if you're weapon is blocked, IW doesn't do any damage.

This isn't a glitch. Riposte and Deadly Riposte are skills, not attacks, so IW does not affect them.

Illusionary weaponry "Whenever you 'attack' in melee"
Riposte "Block the next 'attack'"

IW is affected by them, but it is still not a glitch

The riposte's counters the attack you make, not the damage you do.
