Hi! I just created a new character. She's a Necro/Rit. I want to make her into a Curses Necro, but need some pointers. I have another Necro and she's a Necro/Monk, but she's a MM, and have her down perfectly. Just need help with the Curses. If you have any suggestions for a N?Rt Curses, I'd really appreciate it!! It's either curses or soul reaping.

I'd like to see some suggestions for this too. I haven't played a ritualist yet and so far have my necromancer/mesmer to lvl 15 any other secondary hints I hear will be useful once I get to Senji's Corner
Although from what I have read so far the healing(restoration) side of the ritu needs to be quite high to get decent self heals, compared to monk say. While also without the spawning power attribute, the communing would be a bit weaker.
I was originally thinking something along the lines of Curses, Soul reaping and spawning and use wells a bit only alot of it may not work as the spawning would not be high enough.

If you have both Prophecies and Factions, then definitely get Spiteful Spirit (Elite Curse) and Parasitic Bond (Curse). These two are my favourite. Parasitic Bond is the very last curse you should cast on a target (it is a cover hex).

~Myztery~ There's no reason really to make a new character , you just have to get your current character through to the Senji's corner town after (Napui Qaurter Mission) see the professions changer and fork out 500g.

Don't forget Canthan born characters can go to Prophecies via the Marketplace docks. Go to LA, Get yourself to Droks, then Camp Rankor. Cap SS just south of Camp Rankor. My Canthan born Necro is an SS curse / death necro. Of course you have to have both games, not just factions.
I tried Arcane Echo with SS. Too much energy. I prefer Reckless Haste. The increased attack speed helps spread more SS damage to others plus they have an increased chance to miss your team member.
