Okay, this axe dropped for me last night while I was farming trolls. I'm really unsure of how to consider priceing.
Crippling Cleaver of Warding
6-28 Req 11 Axe Mastery
Damage +15% while health is over 50%
Increases Crippled duration on foe by 20%
+7 armor against elemental damage.
As you can see, i'm unsure because the mods themselves are not terribly desireable, but it still has that 15^50 inherient damage mod.
