Quite obvious you don't do high level GvG. Or high level anything. BO empties adrenaline; a good defensive tactic. BO renders enemy Monks useless for 6 seconds; a good spike tactic. 2. Power Drain - even if the name should be switched with power spike
3. Backfire - Ya know that Ele boss in Raisu Palace? He's really, REALLY, stupid.
Honorable Mention: Sympathetic Visage - It's fun to see you're tank spam "I've got SV on me," thinking that's a BAD thing & then explaining to them what all those little purple 3's are! (Very good skill for enlightening the ignorant about the power of the Mesmer!)

but to the poster having a tissy over blackout, its a great skill and im annoyed they nerfed it AGAIN, you are showing very little class or inventive thinking - 2 things mesmers excell at - try harder.
