really cool idea i dreamed of lol

ok so this could be becuz i was playing fable and getting somem items for geting hi scores with melee, will, and skill (bare with me this is aobut guild wars)

now last night i had a dream were i was on my ranger and there was a new quest line. this quest line was a line were you started out somewere low likw mona. now the reward for this WHOLE quest line is every single event hat. up you heard right. you owuld start out doing a quest for the pumpkin hat, then when thats done they guy would tell you to go find the next one on the line. i think its great becuz it gives everyone that never got a chance to get alot of hats or didn't get a hat at all to get one. i tihnk it would also be a fun quest line to. but not one to collect stuff make it an actual quest were you have to go kill something or save someone.

then when they give it to you they can just say "i had this laying around from a yr ago. its not much but maybe it will do you some good" so and so has given you the halloween pumpkin hat.

so what do y'all think?

Basically he wants quests, with the event headgear (pumpkin hats, santa hats, Tengu masks etc) as rewards.

If you weren't there to get them, then tough. Wait till next year.

Line : Quest Line = Think like Titan quests. Thats a quest line. You need to complete the first to gain access to the second, etc.

I missed the Wintersday and Dragon Festival, just too bad. These headgears are supposed to be unique in some way. If they are accessible via a quest that can be done any time, they become common.

I don't exactly see the point; the headgear is easy to get and they don't have any useful bonuses.

sry i was in a rush when i wrote it and had just gotten up. i have every hat on atleast one character but i have always thought it would be awsome to get them for my others.

also do you really think they will have the same thing next yr? seriously no one would want them cuz they have them alrdy.

I don't care about those items being quest rewards, but I would like to see progressive, puzzle type, quests. Ones that change depending on which way you go with the line.

I wouldn't mind those who missed out the holiday helms due to not being able to go, or not having the game. But IF the same helms will come again, just wait for them. But I doubt you can get Tengu anymore maybe Dragon helms if the event opens up again.

thats true i just think if you miss it becuz you didn't realise that it was on that day or what times just for any reason you missed it it would be nice to get them. i couldn'tspend all my time getting orbs for the mask so i only got 3 in the end (two of my own the other was from a friend helping) i dont see why you guys are soo mean about it? you just wnat to be cool that bad that you dont want anyone else to get a chance at getting it. so far you haven't given a good reason why it would be a bad idea or why not to sign. i how ever have given many reasons why it would be a good idea.

i have no problem with that. but if i mispell some things who cares as long as you can read it. im a pretty good writer (dont give a rats butt if you dont believe me) and the only time i write to impress is when im doing it for school or writing a song or story. im not going to cap "fable" or my name or any ones name on a board its not that big of a deal get over your selfs.

Anyways, we do in fact have rules about using the english language. If you can't take the time to type nice enough so that we don't have to sit here and decipher what you're saying, then you're just going to get your topics closed. Its really not that hard to use the shift key to capatalize letters, or to use the period or comma key.

Think about that next time you make a post. You should be glad you even got four people to reply to your topic in a serious manner. Most everyone else knows about the rule, and will either flame you or do exactly what Dr. Strangelove did.
