Kinda what I was thinking, hoping not, but eh. I never use staves anyway. Kinda glad actually, as I have a hell of a time figuring out whats worth anything. Alot of stuff I see going for high prices(few k or more), you couldnt pay me to take, like -x skill, health, ect. And the whole "If its not max damage, its not worth anything/much" makes no sense to me, as I dont see 1 point making alot of difference. So if anyone hase a "worthless" 1 point off max damage item, let me see it, I might want it.
