Since it remained unchanged in this patch, I figured I should ask... Am I the only one who finds this a bit unbalanced? The skill does more damage to yourself then the enemy. Sacrifice should be reduced to 5-7% so people might actually use it.
(comparing it to blood signet which does more damage, less sacrifice and even steals health)
And yes, I know touch rangers are probably the only ones that would use it, but to me this skill just seems silly.
