Moebius Strike -- upgraded by patch???

Moebius Strike seems to have gotten some serious teeth as of the 7/13 patch. It now recharges itself in addition to all other attack skills when it hits an opponent with < 50% life. Result: Horns, Moebius, Horns, Moebius -- with zero delay until you run out of energy. I just tested it against a boss, and it is OBSCENE. I don't think ANET will leave it this way for long...

Yep fixed, I was running R/A, jagged - wild - horns - spider - exausting - moebius - horns - moebius - horns - moebius - horns. Yeah you get the picture, with 14 expertise never ran outta energy either. The initial combo before horns got and soft target under 50% so man this was fun.

Not nerfed, fixed. From the *whambamfast* correction, it was just broken. Like Balth's Spirit in that other update...

...so they nerf mobieus because once you already almost have something dead you can make an infinite combo that lasts for ~2 seconds since your target dies soon after? Kinda stupid imo, we could have used the damage boost even if it only worked in 1 type of build...
