LF +30 health, +10 armor vs x shields

WTB +30 health always, +10 shields versus piercing, blunt, and slashing. Mods do not have to be perfect, but higher the better. Req is unimportant. Please list the skin, green/gold, stats, price, and IGN. I prefer to pay in ectos if possible.
